I am a drama therapist and dance artist based in Montreal whose practice integrates creative arts, embodiment, movement, and relational care to support queer, trans, and neurodivergent individuals.
Drama Therapist in Montreal.
Queer, Trans-Affirming & Neurodivergent Creative Arts Therapy.
I am a drama therapist based in Montreal, specializing in creative arts therapy and in supporting queer, trans, non-binary, and neurodivergent individuals.
I am a trans masculine non-binary person, an immigrant from northern France who moved to Canada at age 8, with Polish and German ancestry. My lived experience informs a deep sensitivity to migration, identity, gender, and belonging.
I am neurodivergent, and I bring particular attention to atypical ways of functioning, nervous system regulation, and sensory needs within the therapeutic space.
Movement, breath, the body, and intuition are at the core of my drama therapy practice. I use expressive arts therapy to support a more authentic connection to the self, especially when words are no longer sufficient.
I support people in stepping outside normative frameworks, reconnecting with embodied presence, and exploring freer, more alive, and relational forms of expression.
I offer a space where authentic connection, embodied presence, and relational honesty support the therapeutic process.
I also work with alternatives to language to foster connection—with oneself, with others, and with the parts of the self that are seeking to emerge.
I hold a Master’s degree in Creative Arts Therapies (Drama Therapy) from Concordia University in Montreal and have been practicing in private clinical settings since 2020.
I have collaborated with:
Montréal Autochtone
Centre d’Amitié Autochtone de Montréal
Centre de Thérapie de Montréal
I am certified in Response-Based Practice, a therapeutic framework grounded in social justice and focused on supporting marginalized people and survivors of violence.
I am also trained in trans health, allowing me to provide affirming and safe care for trans, non-binary, and questioning individuals.
I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies (UQAM), which informs my drama therapy practice through an understanding of meaning-making systems, spiritualities, and diverse cultural experiences.
This helps me welcome identity-based, symbolic, and existential experiences without reducing them or interpreting them through normative frameworks.

Artistic Practices and Embodied Exploration.
Dance & Expressive Support – Montreal.
I am a dance artist based in Montreal, working across dance, performance, and interdisciplinary creation. My practice is grounded in research on embodied states, movement, and the expression of inner worlds.
I explore themes of community, marginalized identities, inner parts work, and non-conformity—threads that run through both my artistic practice and my sensibility as a drama therapist.
My physical practice is rooted in contemporary dance as well as club and street dance forms (whacking, punking, house), which I have been practicing for over ten years. These movement languages shape an approach to the body as a site of expression, relation, and transformation.
This work leads me to focus on non-conforming bodies and activist forms of expression, exploring how movement can become a space of resistance, presence, and self-reclamation.
My practice also includes a somatic approach to consent, attentive to boundaries, listening, and adjustment within the relational body, as a foundation for both safety and creative expression.
I have also trained in activist clowning and Butoh, as well as completed an intensive one-year program in contemporary dance. These experiences deepened my work around presence, creative process, and embodied expression.
In my drama therapy practice in Montreal, I draw on a range of tools depending on your needs: movement, play, imagination, imagery, scene work, and symbolic exploration.
My background in drama therapy is broad and diverse, and my work in dance and embodied arts informs it with a strong attention to the body, rhythm, and non-verbal expression.
This allows me to support emotional regulation, personal expression, and a therapeutic process that respects your pace, your boundaries, and your way of being.
