An approach centered on the body and creativity.
If you identify as queer, trans, non-binary, multicultural, neurodivergent, or non-monogamous, this space is designed to welcome your experience in all its complexity.
My therapeutic approach is somatic, relational, and creative, and is grounded in a perspective of social justice and inclusivity, in order to support people who are often marginalized by traditional therapeutic frameworks.
Creating a sense of safety is at the heart of my therapeutic work.
This therapeutic work is informed by a somatic and trauma-informed approach, supporting the exploration of difficult lived experiences, including dissociation, emotional overwhelm, and trauma-related experiences.
The tools used may include:
˚⟡˖ ࣪ connection to the body and bodily sensations
˚⟡˖ ࣪ nervous system regulation
˚⟡˖ ࣪ access to intuition and felt experience
˚⟡˖ ࣪ emotional expression through the creative arts
Each session is adapted to your pace, your story, and your life context.
This space recognizes and honors:
𑣲⋆ gender and sexual diversity
𑣲⋆ queer and trans experiences
𑣲⋆ multicultural and migratory realities
𑣲⋆ personal spiritualities, when they are meaningful to you
You are welcome to contact me to schedule a free 20-minute initial consultation to discuss your needs and the therapeutic process.
